Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the delivery of your item(s). If 14 days have elapsed since your item(s) were delivered we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds and exchanges are restricted to regular priced items only. No sale items, items of ‘sub-standard grade’, or items of ‘battlefield loot grade’ can be refunded or exchanged.
If you wish to lodge a return, flick us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can advise if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. You will be required to send the item(s) back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
If you are approved for an exchange, please advise the in-stock item(s) that you wish to receive. You will be required to pay for the return shipping as well as any difference if the new item(s) cost more than the original order values. This payment can only be made via a bank transfer, the details of which we will provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) if the package is not tracked. We also strongly recommend returning the item(s) in the packaging they arrived in or sending them similarly packaged. If the returned item(s) arrive damaged, no refund will be provided and you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping should you wish to have the item(s) returned.
If you haven’t yet received a refund, please first check your bank account a second time. Contact your bank/credit card provider as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. The process can take up to a full working week to be processed which is outside of our hands.
