PRE-ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Pre Orders: 

Pre-orders are ordering a product that is destined to be in stock in the future. These are products that we have ordered from the supplier and have placed online for customers to lock in their orders early!

Our suppliers run on dates that are provided to them by the manufacturer. We base our product arrival dates on the estimated time of arrival (ETAs) dates that suppliers post on their website. These are estimates only and should be treated as such. On occasion these can be brought forward and they can also be pushed back. This is completely outside of our control.

If there is a significant change in time, we will update the product description with the updated arrival date. If this date is unchanged, and the date is in the past, please contact us at the above outlets.

Cancellation of Pre-orders:

As a small business we are unable to cancel orders with our suppliers without incurring a monetary penalty. When it comes to the cancellation of a pre-order item(s), we charge a cancellation fee as per the rate below as we are unable to fully absorb the cost. The fee that we request is less than what we are charged by our suppliers for the cancellation of goods.

  • 10% of the cost of the item(s).

These cancellation fees are non-negotiable. If the removal of any item(s) brings the total below the free shipping threshold, then a shipping charge of $9.99 will take effect and be reducted from the amount to be refunded.

Shipping:    

Shipping is a major part of our everyday business. We will endeavour to have your in-stock item(s) dispatched within 24 hours of the order being made. When your item(s) comes into stock, we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the next business day.      

 Pre-order Shipping Consolidation

We consolidate shipping on all of our orders where possible. If you have multiple pre-orders in one order (and they arrive at different times), you will have to wait until all items are in-stock before they are dispatched.

In the event that you want your in-stock items dispatched sooner, you can do one of the following things:    

  • Purchase another in-stock item and select a shipping method, or
  • Contact us and we can dispatch your order separately. Please be advised that any additional courier costs fall on the customer if you are wanting to have your items dispatched separately.    

Adding an item(s) to an existing order

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order and it has yet to be dispatched, please send us an email at info@freyrware.com. Please include your name, order number, and the additional item(s) that you wish to add and we can advise on how to proceed from there.
