Clad in specialised cold climate assault armour, and much sturdier helmets, they were equipped with magnetic gription boots and E-10R blaster rifle to ensure success.

Some of the toughest in the Imperial ranks, they often regarded their fellow troopers of the standard rank and file as soft and inexperienced amateurs.
