Coastal Defender Stormtroopers, more commonly referred to as Shoretroopers, were a specialised variant of the Galactic Empire's Stormtroopers trained and equipped for combat in tropical environments.
The perfect role for those troopers who enjoy swimming, surfing, long strolls on the breach, and the feeling of sand between their toes.
Used as light infantry, they were also trained for recon and skirmishes, as well as escort roles. As such, they were feared by the populations they occupied and disregarded as real soldiers by the ranks of battle-hardened Stormtroopers.
